In many ways, the industry of graphic design is fairly mysterious and confusing. On the surface, a clever logo doesn’t display the years of training, hours of work, and design-thinking that goes into it’s creation. It looks simple, easy even, to the onlooker. In this post I am attempting to dispel a few myths about design and to explain why it costs what it does. Here are five things to know about hiring a designer:
