Carroll’s Kitchen is a non-profit restaurant, employing, housing, and training homeless women. Their namesake is a family, the Carroll’s, who historically served the poor in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The brand was meant to reflect early 20th century design, the time during which the Carroll Family lived and did most of their work. The tagline “eat good food & change the city” is at the heart of what the founders of Carroll’s Kitchen hope to achieve. They hope to inspire every person in our city to make a positive change and help others.
